Key Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n
1. New Product Development (NPD)
\n\u2013 Lead complete NPD lifecycle from RFQ to PSW.
\n\u2013 Ensure structured project execution using PLM systems.
\n\u2013 Monitor timelines and deliverables.<\/p>\n
2. Technical & Product Development
\n\u2013 Drive design and development of automotive components.
\n\u2013 Collaborate with cross-functional teams.<\/p>\n
3. Costing & Commercial Feasibility
\n\u2013 Prepare and validate costing and pricing.<\/p>\n
\u2013 Optimize cost structures.<\/p>\n
4. Customer Coordination
\n\u2013 Interface with customers during development stages.
\n\u2013 Manage reviews and approvals.<\/p>\n
5. Quality & Compliance
\n\u2013 Ensure adherence to IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3.
\n\u2013 Handle PPAP, APQP documentation.<\/p>\n
6. Team Leadership
\n\u2013 Build and manage development team.
\n\u2013 Drive performance and innovation.<\/p>\n
7. Process Improvement
\n\u2013 Implement efficiency improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:<\/h3>\n
\u2013 B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
\n\u2013 15+ years experience in automobile sector
\n\u2013 6+ years managerial experience
