About the Role:<\/h3>\n
Luman Innovation Private Limited is looking for a dynamic, technically competent and hands-on Senior Executive \u2013 Quality to independently manage the complete Quality function at its Brake Lining & Friction Material manufacturing plant at Pantnagar. The plant has approximately 25 employees, and the incumbent will coordinate all quality activities across Production, Stores, Purchase, Maintenance, Suppliers and Customers while reporting to the Corporate Quality Head.<\/p>\n

Educational Qualification:<\/h3>\n
Diploma \/ B.E. \/ B.Tech. in Mechanical, Production or Industrial Engineering. Additional certifications in Quality Management, Core Tools or Six Sigma are preferred.<\/p>\n

Experience:<\/h3>\n
Minimum 5 years\u2019 experience in Brake Lining \/ Friction Material manufacturing in an IATF 16949 certified automotive company. Hands-on exposure to Incoming Quality, In-Process Quality, Final Inspection, Customer Quality and Supplier Quality is mandatory.<\/p>\n

Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
\n\u2022 In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
\n\u2022 Final Quality Control (FQC)
\n\u2022 Customer complaint handling, 8D, CAPA and Root Cause Analysis
\n\u2022 Supplier Quality Management and Vendor Development
\n\u2022 Maintain IATF 16949 Quality Management System
\n\u2022 Preparation and maintenance of SOPs, Control Plans, PFMEA, Process Flow Charts and quality records
\n\u2022 Calibration management and laboratory coordination
\n\u2022 Participate in Internal, Customer and IATF audits
\n\u2022 Drive Kaizen, 5S, Poka-Yoke and Continuous Improvement initiatives
\n\u2022 Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Maintenance, Suppliers and Customers
\n\u2022 Lead the complete quality function independently in a small manufacturing plant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Technical Skills:<\/h3>\n
Brake Lining Manufacturing Processes, Friction Material Technology, IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, 7 QC Tools, CAPA, 8D, Internal Audits and Metrology.<\/p>\n
KPIs:<\/h3>\n
Customer PPM, Internal Rejection, Supplier Rejection, First Pass Yield, Audit Compliance, CAPA Effectiveness, Calibration Compliance, COPQ and Customer Satisfaction.<\/p>\n
